Improperly designed, or mis-configured monitors can actually cause
the problems they are meant to "watch over" !
Here are just two examples:
- An imperfectly designed system monitor, (one which uses up too much
Computer Processor Power, running too many simultaneous "tests") could
cause the whole computer to slow to a halt.
- An improperly configured "Disk Free" Monitor, could create so many big
log files, that the monitor itself could be the cause of the disk being
full! (Many Computer Operating Systems will simply stop
functioning if the file system is full).
ISP Innovation's "Super" Monitors do things correctly!
