Control Panels allow your customers to configure their needs without:
- Telephone calls
- ISP Staff assistance
Especially of interest is the feature whereby customers can decide to
upgrade their services on line by themselves, and add extra changes to their bill, (see our ISP Billing System), all with no effort required from your ISP Staff.
For example, they might add extra emailboxes, or even request a new website and domain name.
In the latter example, (a new Web Site and Domain Name), the control panel
will register the domain name (assuming it is available), set up a
website, and email, all with no ISP staff being involved, and the customer
will automatically be charged for the services, and their monthly bill be
increased with an appropriate amount.
